The Italian photographer Lorenzo Castore has been working on his project “ Paradiso ” in Havana and Mexico City since 2002. Castore’s visual interpretations of the two cities do not resort to clichés. Instead, he focuses on communicating emotions and ideas, and on telling stories through his photographs. He received the Leica European Publishers’ Award for Photography in 2005.
